Sarah Ferguson was not at Saturday’s coronation of King Charles III, but that didn’t stop her from celebrating in style.

Ferguson (also known as Fergie) is the ex-wife of Charles’ younger brother Prince Andrew, the Duke of York (1986-96). The former couple share two children − Princess Beatrice, 34, and Princess Eugenie, 33 − and still live together.

Ferguson, 63, on Friday paid tribute to her former brother-in-law’s crowning on Instagram. She coordinated a celebratory feast for an assisted living community.

“I hope you have got the bunting out ready for the Coronation tomorrow. I certainly have,” Ferguson captioned the post. “Today I assembled a tea fit for a King which I shared with the residents at the Manor Care Home in Windsor to help them celebrate. Enjoy the weekend!”

The spread, attended by a corgi − the dog breed beloved by Queen Elizabeth II − included biscuits, sandwiches, Charles Crunchy Cream Cake and Camilla’s Tea.

In April, the duchess predicted the coronation would be “a phenomenal day” on ITV’s “Loose Women.”

“I personally will be having a little tea room and a coronation chicken sandwich and putting out the bunting,” she said. “I also love to watch it on telly because you hear a lot on telly. The commentators are always good.”

Ferguson said she didn’t expect to be invited to the event, given that she and Andrew are divorced. “You can’t have it both ways,” she said. “You can’t be divorced and then say, ‘I want this.'”

But she did provide insight on why she and Andrew remain close. “We get on because, in the darkest time of my life, he was always there for me. In the darkest time of his life, I will be there for him,” she said. “I said to (the queen) before she died, I will be there will him. I will help him on his journey.”
