The gang’s back together again.

Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O reunited nearly two decades after “Jackass: The Movie” and 10 years after “Jackass 3.5” for the fourth and possibly final installment of the franchise, “Jackass Forever.” Although things may look a little different with Knoxville’s graying hair and Steve-O now sober, the middle-aged boys are up to the same antics.

“A lot of people ask what will Jackass be like once we’re older?” cast member Chris Pontius, 47, said during the official film trailer, released Tuesday. “Well, it’ll get more mature.”

If “mature” means getting brutally gored by a bull, which Knoxville told GQ in May left him unconscious with a broken rib, a broken wrist, a concussion and a hemorrhage on his brain.

“Concussions aren’t great, but as long as you have them before you are 50. It’s cool,” Steve-O said during the trailer. “And Knoxville is 49. So we’re good.”

Set to the tune of Vera Lynn’s “We’ll Meet Again,” the trailer opens up with throwback footage of the daring group performing hilariously painful stunts from previous films.

“When’s the last time you met up with old friends to laugh your (expletive) off?” reads the trailer, which features the entire cast from the original film “Jackass: The Movie,” except Ryan Dunn, who died in a drunken-driving accident in 2011 at age 34, and Bam Margera, who was fired by production earlier this year.

There are even some new faces. The trailer features guest appearances from comedian Eric André and rapper Machine Gun Kelly, who were both pranked.

“You said it wasn’t going to feel like anything,” rapper Machine Gun Kelly said after he was smacked off a stationary bike into a pool with a giant hand.

“Jackass Forever” hits theaters Oct. 22.
