Sylvester Stallone’s actress daughter, Scarlet Rose Stallone, is quietly breaking out with a horse caretaker role on “Tulsa King.”

Scarlet, 20, has made brief appearances on the Paramount+ series as Triangle Coffee Roasters barista Spencer, serving coffee to Stallone’s Tulsa-transplanted mob capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi.

In Sunday’s episode, Spencer announced she was quitting the coffee gig, prompting Manfredi to make her an offer she couldn’t refuse – to work for him.

Spencer’s new job is taking care of a horse, Pilot, prone to breaking out of his stall and running through Tulsa’s streets. Manfredi purchased the horse before he could literally be shipped off to the glue factory.

As Spencer says, “I love horses!”

Scarlet is the youngest of Stallone’s three daughters with wife Jennifer Flavin. The influencer-famous brood includes Sophia, 26, and 24-year-old Sistine, who starred in the 2016 shark thriller “Uncaged.”

Scarlet, who appeared with dad in the 2014 drama “Reach Me,” has what it takes to truly break into acting, Stallone, 76, told USA TODAY during a November interview.

“Some people are diminished by the camera, some people are enhanced by it,” says Stallone. “There’s a thing she has with the camera, even with still shots, that is unique. All my daughters are beautiful, and they all have their specialties. But Scarlet is the one who’s most adamant about pursuing the job of a wondering dramaturge.”

“And she’s up for anything,” Stallone adds.

The “Rocky” star said he would not recommend the profession if his daughter “didn’t have the goods. Because I know what it’s like. I’ve worked with enough actors to know when it’s not their chosen profession. You just know instantly.”

Scarlet was “too young” to be considered for the meaty role of Stallone’s actual screen offspring, Manfredi’s estranged daughter Tina.

The Tina role went to Tatiana Zappardino, who Stallone says could easily pass as his daughter “with similar eyes and very Italian looking. She’s perfect for the part.”

Daughter Tina brings out the protective side of the usually charming Manfredi in “Tulsa King.”

“You push the wrong button. Then you get gangster,” says Stallone.

In episode 5, Manfredi viciously killed a mob flunky, Nico, who Tina said had molested her while her father was serving a 25-year prison sentence.

“When you put a beating on someone of biblical intensity, they have to do something that the audience knows is worthy of that,” says Stallone. “The wrath that I bring down on my daughter’s perpetrator is pure Rambo.”
